Let It Be Forgotten By Sara Teasdale

Let it be forgotten, as a flower is forgotten,

Forgotten as a fire that once was singing gold,

Let it be forgotten for ever and ever,

Time is a kind friend, he will make us old.

If anyone asks, say it was forgotten

Long and long ago,

As a flower, as a fire, as a hushed footfall

In a long forgotten snow

5 THEMES OF ASHER LEV

5 Themems of the book My Name Is Asher Lev are: Art and Relgion, Traveling, Potentioal, Rabbe, Death of Moms brother.

The theme i choose to write about is the Rebbe. The Rebbe has alot of impact on the Asher Lev. Matter fact the whole community. He is like the leader, or Sheikh in the Muslim faith. They listen to everything he says to do.
Whenever the Rebbe tells Asher's father to go places he listens. When this continues to keep happening Asher gets suspicious and asks why. His Father just respond saying because the Rebbe told me to do so. You can see by this that the Rebbe is an important figure. Also when The rebbe told him to learn a specific language he did it.
The Rebbe also influenced Ashers uncle to do things. When Ashers uncle went and got killed his mother got upset. She started saying bad about the Rebbe. But she couldnt do nothing about it because that was the Rebbe. And his say goes.
